This Privacy Policy explains how Torvmark Labs, operating under the Torvi Studio brand, handles information in connection with Torvi Shade, our free Safari extension for Mac.

1. Who is responsible

2. Information we and our partners handle
Website colours are adapted locally on your Mac. Torvi Studio does not collect browsing history, website contents, personal information or usage statistics through Torvi Shade. Website text and login credentials are not sent to Torvi Studio.
Safari requests website access because the extension needs to read and change page styles. You decide which websites it may access.
3. Storage and connected services
Settings and website preferences are stored in the extension's local storage on your device.
When needed, the extension fetches stylesheets and small interface icons from sources the webpage already references. Its background requests omit login cookies and the referrer. Source servers receive ordinary network requests, including your IP address, under their own privacy policies. Local processing does not mean that the extension never uses the network.
4. Purchases and subscriptions
Torvi Shade is completely free. It has no in-app purchases or subscriptions.
5. Analytics, advertising and consent
Torvi Shade has no account, analytics tools, tracking or advertising SDK. Safari's website permission controls access needed for styling, not consent to advertising or analytics.
6. Data sharing
The Mac app contains links to other Torvi Studio apps. Their icons are bundled with the app. External websites open when you choose a link and have their own privacy policies. Torvi Shade does not upload website text or login credentials to Torvi Studio.
If you email us, we receive the address and information you choose to send. We use this correspondence to answer your request, based on our legitimate interest in providing support. Our email provider, Webhuset, processes the correspondence for us. Do not send passwords or private browsing information. Visiting this website is covered by the website privacy information.
7. Retention and deletion
Local settings and website choices remain on your device until the extension's stored data are cleared. Torvi Studio has no copy to retrieve or delete. We keep support correspondence only as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations.
8. Your rights and choices
You can change or revoke website access in Safari settings and turn off the extension. For personal information you have sent us, you can request access, correction or deletion and exercise other applicable data protection rights by email. You can also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
9. Children
Torvi Shade does not collect information about children or create user profiles. Website content and the privacy practices of websites you visit are outside the extension's control.
10. Changes to this policy
We update this page if the extension's information handling changes. The revision date appears above.
